Will my logo work for etching?

Laser engraving is a single color process, which can be tricky to simulate with full-color logos.

What does the final engraving look like on your items?

Our tumblers are laser engraved through the powder coating to expose the stainless steel underneath. The laser engraving won’t rub off or come off with washing or handling; it’s as tough as the original finish.

Wooden items are engraved with a very shallow darkening effect. These engravings are permanent, but not so deep that things should get stuck in the engraving.

How should I care for my laser engraved items?

The tumblers can be used as normal; there are no special requirements.

The wooden cutting boards should be hand washed with soap and water. If the finish starts to dull, you can replenish it with mineral or butcher block oil.

Can I change my order?

Changes may be made to an order before it is engraved. Please notify us as soon as possible of any change requests.

Will you engrave an item that I supply?

Yes, however we would need to verify it is possible to be etched.

How to care for your cutting/charcuterie board?

To care for your board, it is important to never put it in the dishwasher. Wash it with warm, soapy water, and use a soft brush (like a toothbrush) to clean the engraved area. If the board begins to appear dry, the finish can be restored with a beeswax and mineral oil finish, or a butcher block oil. Never use food oils (olive, canola etc.) to oil your board.
